This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When you walk into my classroom, you will see an old whiteboard that is not usable. Dry erase markers do not erase from it, and there are remnants of tape and other adhesives there were used to cover the dysfunctional board with other aesthetics. Although that is a temporary fix, it would be ideal to have a whiteboard I could incorporate into instruction.

Having an artistic teaching style, I like to draw out concepts for students or write on the board to demonstrate things we are learning about.

It would be amazing to have a functional whiteboard to use when doing this!
