My Students
First graders are eager to learn and are full of energy. I have a diverse group of children with many strengths and areas of growth, both academic and social. Our classroom needs to meet their needs with a welcoming environment, engaging learning, comfortable seating, and a plethora of reading materials.
We need to foster children's love of learning!
Help me encourage a lifelong love of learning by creating a classroom environment that stimulates their young bodies and minds every day!
My Project
My students will be able to use their whiteboards when working in small groups, with a partner, or whole class instruction. The students can easily show their work when solving math problems as well as coming up with words or pictures to match our phonics instruction as I am able to walk around the room to do a quick check for understanding. I can also use whiteboard to allow my students to brainstorm their thoughts when preparing to write on a given topic all. As you can see, whiteboards will greatly benefit my students learning in all subjects throughout each day both inside and outside the classroom.
