it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many students do not enjoy doing math on paper and by themselves. By allowing students to work in groups and do their work on whiteboards, they learn from each other, compete against other groups, and are all included. They can take turns with different jobs, such as who is doing the writing, who is solving, who is going to explain to the class, and who is going to come up with different examples.
This project will help transform my Math classroom into a fun student-centered learning environment!
This will help students get out of their seats and solve problems together. Math can be fun, especially when you solve a problem with your peers.
I would greatly appreciate your generosity. I teach in Camden, New Jersey, and many students need motivation, and all learn differently. These whiteboards will allow me to also put students in groups, and can work on different projects with each group. Differentiated instruction is a huge key to my students' success.
