Whisper Phones For Reading Comprehension and Fluency

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in need of whisper phones. Whisper phones allow students to hear themselves as they read. They provide amplified sound so students can hear what they speak more clearly. These whisper phones will help my students work on their reading comprehension and fluency. They will use these whisper phones as tools during workstations, partner work, and independent work. They can use these whisper phones both in Reading and Math. Students will be able to hear themselves reading, and hear themselves explain/ justify their problem solving.
