This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love how eager and passionate my students are about learning new skills, especially in the kitchen. They bring so much creativity and energy to everything they do. The resources we’re requesting— baking sheets, a mixer, and scooper— will make a huge difference in their hands-on learning.

These tools are essential for fostering their skills, building their confidence, and giving them a chance to explore their culinary potential.

The baking sheet will allow them to practice baking, whether it’s cookies, pastries, or savory dishes, giving them a chance to master important techniques. The mixer will help them mix ingredients evenly and efficiently, which is crucial for a wide range of recipes, from batters to doughs. Finally, the scooper will allow them to portion ingredients perfectly every time, helping them develop consistency and precision in their work.

With your support, we’ll be able to create an environment where they can thrive and grow into talented chefs.
