My Students

The second grade students of our school are from different cultural communities from around the world. All children are busy playing and doing the same things. Children all around the world love to play ball games, jump rope games, and other physical activities that share common characteristics. At recess, our children love sharing their way of playing a ball game or other recess activity that they have learned from home. Play equipment does not last forever, and the second grade students would like to obtain additional outdoor play equipment for their enjoyment.

My Project

All children love going to school, and most will say that recess time is one of their favorite times. This is where children build lasting friendships. Having an array of games and activities available for children will help foster positive social relationships that will last them throughout their elementary school years!

Children learn from each other how to play games that each have learned from their families and ancestors.

All children bring to school with them their own individual diverse ways of communicating and sharing in play. Having games and equipment to share helps to foster communication and personal connections.
