This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 3rd and 4th grade students are always eager to learn and I want to give them their own best way to learn. They are still getting comfortable getting back into school mode and I want to provide flexible seating for them to work.
Giving students options helps to be feel more independent and can be a motivator to learn and complete work.
Flexible seating helps students opportunities for movement which some students need to get focused on work. This rug and floor desk will also keep our technology devices safe and allow them to work in groups to complete projects and assignments.
