My Project
In our kindergarten classroom, the rug is where we come together for stories, lessons, games, and sharing time. It is where so much learning and connection happen. I am hoping to give my students a new classroom rug that creates a bright, welcoming space where everyone has their own spot to sit, listen, and learn.
A new rug will do more than brighten up our room.
It will help my students feel like they truly belong. When each child has their own space, it supports focus, comfort, and a sense of community. My goal is to create a classroom that feels warm, cheerful, and ready for learning, a place where kids are excited to come every day.
My students are full of energy, curiosity, and kindness. They are learning how to be part of a classroom community and how to grow as learners and friends. A new rug will give them a space that reflects how important they are, and help make our classroom feel even more like home.
