Our students love playing soccer, and they get upset when they lose their favorite soccer ball. Between six classes and over 120 students, we have sports equipment all over the place. From Soccer balls and nets to hula hoops and jump ropes, we have no place to organize and store everything. Which means that things get misplaced when the only thing our students want to do is play. We are requesting new soccer balls and a storage solution in the form of two cabinets that will fit all of their favorite soccer balls and other active equipment, that will keep our students happy, healthy, and moving.

Our core values of academics, community, pride, and justice allow us to advocate for all within this urban neighborhood by extending compassion and partnering with families to nurture lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and responsible citizens through STEM/STEAM, performing arts, visual arts, athletics, coding, computer science (CS), financial literacy, and mental health/social-emotional learning (SEL). We receive federal funding for programs that provide free breakfast/lunch for every student and Title I services to economically disadvantaged individuals. Our inclusive class serves military families, gifted/talented students, ESL/ELL students, special education students, and tech-savvy students.
