Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials being ordered will benefit the students in many positive ways. Students will lean how correctly serve a badminton shuttlecock. Students will also be able to keep score in a game of badminton. Finally, students will cooperate with each other during game play.
The equipment such as footballs, hula-hoops, soft frisbees, and jump rope will give students a wide selection to choose from to participate in individual/partner/team activities in the Physical Education gymnasium.
This will ensure that everyone has safe and quality equipment for all participants. As a PE teacher I am always looking for MAX participation every class.
Students in grades 3-6 are a very impressionable, so introducing sports and physical activities is very important for lifelong fitness.
