My Students

My students are bright, observant, self-reliant, independent, hard-working, enthusiastic, creative, and determined children.

They are Montessori students that are guided to develop emotionally, physically, spiritually, and intellectually in a community through self-discovery, self-reliance, and hands-on learning.

They are inspired to lead the class through compassion, courtesy, and peacefulness. It is not uncommon to find the students leading the class in daily routines and transitions. Their independence motivates them to be self-assured and supportive.

My students are simply extraordinary, confident, kind, and marvelous human beings.

My Project

Books are the vehicle to a learners curiosity. The books I selected were specifically requested by my scholars. The American Story: 100 True Tales from American History will be used to support the Montessori Timeline of American History, which shows the events that influenced the nation. Subatomic: an Atom Building Game and Amber's Atoms: The First Ten Elements of the Periodic Table will perfectly compliment the Bohr's atomic model to study neutrons, electrons, and protons. Pythagoras and the Ratios: A Math Adventure will help introduce the Pythagoras' Theorem and Yoga Pretzels (Yoga Cards) will help enhance my scholars' concentration and memory.
