My Project
Getting these shirts will help all our students on sports teams feel good to look good! Our student- athletes participate in sports to help promote good mental health. Sports help Reduced stress, improve moods, improved social skills, better self-esteem and give students a sense of belonging. Participation in sports can lead to a better life satisfaction and interpersonal communication. Getting these shirts will give all students a sense of belonging to the team where they can all warmup and be present together.
Up to 35% of elite athletes suffer from a mental health crisis which may manifest as stress, eating disorders, burnout, or depression and anxiety.
Giving students all the same warm up shirts to keep will help students feel less stressed financially and feel a sense of belonging. Creating a sense of team culture and unison will help alleviate any worries individual teammates may have.
