This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have a wide variety of interests and learning styles. Scholastic magazines give them access to videos, games and physical magazines that touch on many topics that affect their lives. This is a quality resource that I have used for many years as a teacher.
Scholastic magazines inspire my students to ask questions, discuss with their classmates and dig deeper into science and current events.
This resource is an important addition to our curriculum because it is so engaging, promotes conversation and makes challenging concepts accessible to young learners.
