This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The students at EBC High School face many difficulties and struggles but this does not stop them from working hard and reaching success. EBC High School is located in the heart of Bushwick, where students are faced with many difficult choices and there are obstacles on every corner.
Here at EBC the staff is constantly working to open new doors and give students the opportunities to become successful contributing members of society.
As the librarian at EBC I would like the students to be able to successfully prepare for college and careers by giving them the resources they need to research their future. With regents and college test preparation materials as well as civil service exam books our students will be able to prepare for their future.
