This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students work hard every day and are eager to learn! Many of them are learning English as their second language. 100% of them receive a complimentary breakfast and lunch daily. Some of them take a food backpack home on the weekends.

While my school sometimes offers an afternoon snack, it's not a daily occurrence!

My students are very disappointed on the days that snacks are not provided. I'm requesting these snack items to offer my students on days when snacks are unavailable.
