What's a Music class without a CD player! Please help us.
My students are beginning a school year without a CD player in our music class.
We are in a high poverty area and my students have limited resources at home. I would like to inspire my students to appreciate and support the arts in their lives. They are wonderful students who are willing and ready to learn.
My Project
Our ancient CD player stopped working last year and we did not have enough school funds to purchase another. This project will help our students to experience recordings of musicians or provide simple accompaniment to our songs. In their lives this may be the only opportunity they will get to listen to some of these recordings.
Please help us to make our music class lively and inspirational.
My students need one Cd player. Your support will help me to provide our students with a great music class for the 2010-2011 school year and many years to come.
