I teach 5th grade in a program improvement school district. I love to make learning fun for my students through fun filled materials. I have found that if kids are having fun when they are learning, they retain more information. I am always looking for items to help enhance my reading and math programs. In reading, vocabulary is very important. I have found this fun and challenging quiz game that the class can play together. It has several categories as well as question cards and would engage the class in standards based quiz questions. There is a similar game for math skills that I would like to request as well. It also has several categories as well as question cards that interest students and excite them about learning. These games will benefit my students because they will be enjoying reading. By helping students to enjoy reading in school, we are helping them to be readers for life. Additionally, when students have fun while they are learning, they are more attentive and learn more. Making learning fun would be so much easier with these fantastic games.
