What Is a Simple Machine?

Help me give my students books and hands on items that they can use to help them understand what simple machines are.

My Project

Every couple of weeks we start a new investigation every couple of weeks. One of our investigations is Simple Machines. We were not provided with enough books or hands on items that will help my students really understand what a simple machine is. With these books and simple machine toys it will help my students see what a simple machine is, what they do and were they might find them in the world around them. My students love exploring and learning and these items will help them foster that curiosity in them!
