My students need clipboards, glue sticks, crayons, white and color copy paper, color card stock, dry erase markers, laminating machine, laminating pouches and markers.

My Students

How do you feel when you don't have the supplies you need to start a project? If you said stressed or frustrated, that is exactly how my students feel when they do not have supplies. Getting these supplies will help my students focus on their work instead of being stressed.

I teach at a Title I school with a high poverty index.

I have an energetic class of 20 students. My students have a love of learning and love to come to school. Some of my students are not able to provide basic supplies such as glue sticks, crayons or markers. Therefore, I have used my own money to purchase the supplies for them. I am also requesting supplies so the students and myself can stay organized. Having these extra supplies will help students as well myself.

My Project

I am requesting crayons, glue sticks, markers, dry eraser makers, copy and card stock paper, clip boards, high lighters, a laminating machine and pouches for the machine. I am requesting the crayons, glue sticks and high lighters for their class work and interactive journals, I am requesting the laminating machine and paper because each week I make new reading and math stations for my students, and I want to preserve the stations so they can use them over and over again. I am requesting the clip boards so the students can come to the floor and lay on the floor while I teach so that we are close together as a group and not spread out. These supplies will help my students tremendously.

With your donation to my project you will help my students stay focused on the task instead of being stressed or frustrated because they do not have the supplies.

Also, having some of the supplies will help save time on putting together stations, and I can stay focused on the students.
