This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students

By using technology, I will provide the students a variety of information that will enhance their knowledge.
My students are English Language Learners who are enthusiastic about learning.
Our school is located in a high poverty area and not having the appropriate equipment inhibits their learning. My students are inquisitive about the variety of topics that we learn on a daily basis. With the implementation of technology at our school, their interest in learning has increased.
My Project
The headphones I am requesting for my students will give them the opportunity to listen attentively to reading programs and educational videos without being distracted. The reading programs will improve their fluency and comprehension. The educational videos will provide information that students will use in research projects. Having these headphone will help students access Common Core learning resources.
With a class set of headphones, my students will improve their reading and listening skills.
This will motivate them to continue enhancing their 21st century skills to become better students.
