My students need are in of a variety of ways to engage and challenge at the same time while making learning fun. My students need four Samsung - Galaxy Tabs.

My Students

Let me start off by stating that I teach a diverse group of learners that have been identified as Gifted & Talented in one or more areas. This means that my students are coming equipped with advanced skills in some areas but are still needing instruction in many other areas. So my instruction has to be differentiated daily in each subject and the abilities across those subjects vary.

My job is to give them as many opportunities to explore their learning styles and learn new strategies while becoming life long learners who love to do just that, learn.

They are two very different groups of students with many different personalities. Some are very analytical and rational and need a clear plan to follow. Others are full energy and just want to spend time sharing what they know with those around them. Either way I plan to take my students to higher levels by providing them with engaging instruction through a multitude of activities and resources. My students love to be challenged and are eager to experience new things. I am hoping that through Donors Choose I can do just that.

My Project

These items will allow me to differentiate instruction for all my students on their levels. I will be able to put students into smaller groups and allow them to work on activities on their personal levels. Technology is limited currently but with these resources I will be able to engage more of my students at the same time.

Learning should be fun so I want to provide my students with an opportunity to do just that while learning new things.

The Science and Math materials are needed in order to give more chances for my students to experience the objectives in a variety ways in order to ensure that the objectives are mastered.
