This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are highly motivated to learn 4th graders and they are hard workers. We have a very diverse population in this grade level, a mix of special education students, GT students, at-risk students, and a big majority of bilingual education students. Each one of our students is determined to do their best in the classroom.

My Project

I am asking for personal protective equipment (PPE) materials to help keep my students as safe as I possible can when we return to school in a COVID-19 world. I am asking for an air purifier, an extra air purifier filter, masks, hand sanitizer, and alcohol wipes.

These materials will help me keep my students as safe as I can while we are in school during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The material will be used in the class to educate our students about taking care of their health during a pandemic.
