This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are housed in the most restricted environment due to their educational, behavioral, and social needs.

Sledding is a great exercise for our students.

We are a small mountain town that receives up to six feet of snow during the winter months.

We like to use our natural resources for our social-emotional activities.

Having this sled would make our outdoor activities more exciting.

We would walk up our steep hill known as Rez Hill and sled down while taking turns.

Hot chocolate is the perfect beverage after being outside in the cold.
