I teach a wonderful group of 2nd graders!
We love to read and write! What could be more fun than writing about puppet characters and then acting out our writing!
In 2nd grade we learn about characters, settings, and plots. It would be wonderful to bring these topics to life with puppets!
With a puppet theater and some puppets we could do so many things! We could write about them and act out our stories. We could make up stories and then write them down. These things are all so important to learn in 2nd grade! I can't think of a better way to grab a 2nd graders attention than puppets!
You can really make learning fun and exciting for children for years to come! There is nothing better than seeing children learn and smile at the same time!!
