Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At our school, we are deeply committed to nurturing the emotional, social, and mental well-being of all our students. We believe that providing supportive spaces where students can relax, connect, and recharge is essential to their overall development. Our Wellness Room, open during Wednesday lunches, offers just such a safe and welcoming environment. To enhance this space, we are seeking funding to purchase a variety of board games that promote conversation, teamwork, and relationship-building.

Through engaging in friendly competition and shared experiences, students will have valuable opportunities to strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and form meaningful friendships.

Your generous support will directly contribute to making the Wellness Room an even more inviting, impactful, and restorative place for our students to thrive both socially and emotionally.
