Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A fresh group of 5-year-olds comes together every August to begin their kindergarten journey! With your help, you can ensure they have the supplies necessary to start the year right!

My students are sponges, ready to soak up 180 days' worth of knowledge, and are eager to see what school has to offer them!

We will use the pencil boxes full of supplies, including the Expo markers, to get them excited about the writing, cutting and pasting, and art we will do throughout the year!

The water bottles will ensure their bodies are well hydrated and their minds ready to learn.

The folders will be used to organize all of their hard work and to stay connected to their families by holding important papers and communications to bring home.

Play-Doh is always a favorite. It is used during lessons, creative time, and to strengthen hands and improve grip for writing.
