Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Have you ever walked into a classroom and wondered, "How does this teacher make sure every single student feels welcome and accepted?" Well, I am one of those teachers who loves to create a classroom climate of inclusion and acceptance.
I would love to have all the tools and resources necessary to decorate our classroom with vibrant colors, display my scholars' work, and have a vacmop that will help keep our classroom clean and beautiful.
With budget cuts, many custodians have limited time in each classroom therefore, I would love for a vacmop that will help us keep a classroom environment that is welcoming and clean.
Additionally, having new classroom fabric and decorations will help create an environment in which students feel accepted, loved, and welcomed. Our classroom wireless doorbell will help to transition and to get students and teachers' attention fun and respectful. The flower garland with self-adhesive clips will allow for a beautiful bulletin board in which we will celebrate our scholar's work. The gorilla tape and heavy-duty hammer stapler will allow for larger classroom decorations to be placed in high places in the room.
