Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
All students need a welcoming and fun environment! Although, academics are extremely important, but it is just as, if not more important to make sure our students feel safe and also have fun in their environment.
To ensure that my students are feeling welcomed, comfortable and also having fun, the games and fun décor, and holiday items will bring a "homey" and comfortable feel to the classroom.
As students are here a large part of the day for 10 months out of the year and do not always have a welcoming home life, I would love to make the space in my room on they all feel comfortable in and enjoy!
