My Project

My first graders live in a rural area and attend a small Prek though grade 2 school. They come from diverse social-economic backgrounds. Each morning they arrive in my classroom ready to take on a new day and learn new and exciting things. During our Habitat domain, students will learn about many different habitats, plants, and animals.

These materials will help us transform our classroom into a rainforest by using different plants and animals to create a jungle experience.

The room transformations will create a fun and exciting way to make learning fun and engaging. The supplies we are requesting will allow us to transform our classroom and provide some incentives for putting in the hard work to complete their projects.
