My Project
As I begin my second year teaching the new Hospitality and Tourism program, I’m focused on creating a welcoming, safe space where students feel seen and valued. Requested materials—a comfortable chais, a soft carpet, home-like decor, and a world map—will help foster a sense of security and belonging, encouraging engagement and deeper learning. These resources will not only support their academic growth but also help them connect global hospitality concepts to their local community, preparing them to become future leaders in the industry and strengthening our local talent pipeline.
