My Project
Hex bars are versatile pieces of equipment that can benefit every student who enters the weight room.
Due to its design, the bar ensures higher levels of safety and accessibility from beginners to vets.
The hand placement and neutral grip minimize wrist, shoulder, and forearm strain which is beneficial to those who are new to the program. The Hex bar's design also creates an indirect loading of the spine which also benefits lifters by providing different levels of training stimulus for gains in strength and power. With its versatility, students can perform a number of exercises that include deadlifts, shrugs, power jumps, and farmer's walks.
The Hex bar is a safe and efficient tool that can generate various levels of exercise adaptations for students who are new and familiar with the weight room.
