My Project
I work with students with special needs in the Bronx. I would like to provide my students with Autism with weight compression vests for sensory input to promote self regulation in the classroom this upcoming school year. The students vary in age from kindergarten to fifth grade. They have developmental delays, Autism, speech delays, and other delays that impact their learning style and ability. These weighted compression vests will enable the children to learn and play, and will enable them to excel and learn a lot this upcoming school year. Please help us provide the children with this opportunity! Thank you so much in advance for your kindness and generosity to our students!
