My students need ink for our printer to help us get ready for the start of a new school year!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
"Tell me I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn."
My students attend a high poverty public school, where 70% of the students receive a free or reduced price lunch.
They have many needs and face many challenges, one of which is learning English as a second language.
I have provided them with a warm environment where they can feel free to take risks. Because of this, they love coming to school and work hard for me.
My Project
Our printer is one of the hardest working resources in our classroom. My students work hard on their writing pieces, and love going on the computers and print their work out. Once printed we hang them up for display. I love to see the smiles on their faces when their work is on the bulletin boards or in the hallway. I would love to have the ability to print out their work, all we need is some ink!
Nothing can compare to the sense of pride my students feel when they see their hard work displayed in the classroom or the hallway.
The ability to continue to print out their work hinges on getting ink. My students would be tickled PINK, if they only had some ink!
