Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have 20 adorable, intelligent, enthusiastic learners this year. My students are in Zoom class every day. We are learning, participating in dancing, reading, and counting, and taking virtual field trips. One thing that motivates my class is looking forward to come to school to meet their friends and play together.
My Project
Great news! We will finally open school for the first time this school year. Although we will only be in class for about 6 weeks, many students are very excited. Our hybrid schedule will be 3 hours of in class learning everyday. I would like to make my class a safe and comfortable space for students to learn.
For the safety of our students, I found a clear desk shield that is light and shatterproof for my class.
This clear tri-fold partition will protect their space and it's long enough for individual tables. Students will be reminded that they have limited space to move and work. Plus, it's perfect for sneezes!
I want to make sure students walk into a safe and protected space so that they will be free to learn. Please donate to this project for a welcome back to school.
