We Will Rock You!

My students need 25 guitar straps, 5 pairs of headphones, 1 piano keyboard and 1 electronic drum kit.

My students feel like rockstars, even if they are missing some pieces of the band. Thanks to the generous donations from Little Kids Rock and the James Burton Foundation, my 4th and 5th grade students have 25 electric guitars and a rockin' curriculum for music class. I serve every 4th and 5th grader in my elementary school.

For 45 minutes, my students are excited and dedicated rockstars in music class. We have the guitars, but we need some supplies to complete our band and achieve their very creative ideas.

Even though my students are very responsible with their guitars, guitar straps would make them feel more secure. Headphones would give students an opportunity for independent guitar playing. The keyboard and drum kit would complete our rock band. I am just trying to help my students achieve their dreams of stardom.

Your help will make it possible for my students to complete their rock band and take their guitar playing to the next level.
