My Students
Several weeks ago, two of my students created a video for the IdeaPaint360 classroom makeover contest - and they won! We will be installing 500 sq ft of whiteboard paint in early November, and we now need dozens of whiteboard markers to draw, create and think on these surfaces.
My students were inspired by the whiteboard-painted tables in my own classroom, which was funded by a Donors Choose grant last spring.
My Project
Whiteboard surfaces truly transform the way we interact in learning environments. As I have seen in my own classroom, these surfaces encourage creative thinking, spontaneous ideas, and collaborative brainstorming. The possibilities of 500 sq ft of whiteboard paint are endless.
Our goal is to create public spaces where students, faculty and guests can come together around shared ideas.
With their video, my students won IdeaPaint for our school. On behalf of them and our community, please consider a contribution toward making their vision a reality!
