We Want to Write Everywhere!

My students need clipboards and pencils in order to take their writing assignments with them where ever they want to sit.

My Students

My school is in a low-income area with a high ESOL population. All of our students are entitled to free breakfast and lunch.

My students are a very energetic group of second graders who love to try different things in our room.

I would like to increase my students writing ability by giving my students the ability to move around the room. By they being in control of where they write as well as what they write about can make writing more fun and flexible.

My Project

My students dislike sitting in their seats. Many would rather lay on the floor or sit in the corner and do their work.

With clipboards they will be able to take their assignments with them, and with an abundance of pencil available they will not have to waste time to sharpen new ones.

My students need to move. With colorful clipboards to be able to take where ever they want in the room I hope to have them enjoy writing more so than they do now. Not only do I hope to see an increase in content, I am hoping for more creative work.
