My students need 40 individual white boards and markers to assist them in cross curricular classroom interaction.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Do you remember wanting to write on the board just like the teacher? My students ask me this every day. Now they will get the chance to be the teacher, too.
My students are tomorrow's future.
They attend a public school in California. Our school is losing its Title 1 funding due to requirement changes from 43% to 50%. My classroom is made up of General Education, English Learners, and Special Education students.
My Project
With these white boards and markers, my students will be able to access the curriculum through another learning modality. Instead of answering verbally, they can write responses and ask questions across all curricular areas. It will add excitement and raise interest in learning.
Please help my students become more engaged in learning and participating in classroom activities by funding this project.
Give them the opportunity to be the teacher too and write their way to success.
