This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Do you like listening to music? My students would like to listen to music while they work.

My third grade students are eager to learn.

They attend a public school in a low income community. They like to listen to music and it would be great if I can introduce them to different types of music. Music will help reduce the stress students feel.

My Project

I need an ipod MP3 player to download music for my students to listen to. Students will be introduced to music from all over the world. Students will be able to listen to music in class while they work. The speakers will help project the music in the classroom and during our spring performance. The photo frames will give students to do a collage about themselves.

Students need to be introduced to different types of music.

Having an ipod MP3 player will facilitate having music at our hands everyday. Students need an opportunity to do art and enjoy it by doing a photo collage of themselves.
