it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students

Most of all, my students LOVE to read!
It's exciting to see how much growth they make throughout the year as they develop their fluency and comprehension skills. With each book they read, they get to know the characters, the magical places they encounter, and challenges they defeat. It's also amazing to see how the books help them learn more about themselves as they discuss their thoughts with their peers.
My Project
My students need 30 copies of the book, "Wonder", to improve literacy. These books will allow my students to engage in collaborative literature studies without having to share a book with multiple classmates. Students would have their own book to read and reference during discussions, empowering them to own their learning!
The donations to this project will improve my classroom in so many ways.
Most importantly, my students will have access to their own books to read, reread, and reference without waiting for someone else to finish their "turn".
