We Need STEAM Supplies for Our Fair!

My students need supplies for STEAM projects, hats and a dress for the performers. We need paper for brochures and programs to advertise the STEAM fair. We also need coffee as a refreshment for the parents.

My Students

We have a great group of students. Many of the students at my school qualify for free lunch. They are a very enthusiastic group of students. This year, my school organized a great STEAM fair for the students. The students receive top notch education that enables them to put on great fair for the school community. The parents come out and really enjoy the performances.

In order for the fair to go on, we need quite a few items.

We need paper for brochures to advertise, paper for programs, coffee as a refreshment for the parents, a dress for a dancer, science materials to make solar power for the scientists, and fedora hats for the musicians. Our theme is environmental conservation in Cuba.

My Project

These supplies will make a huge difference at our school. We have a fantastic STEAM fair planned. There will be science experiments conducted, dance and music performances, and an enthusiastic crowd of parents. All this will be set to a theme of environmental conservation in Cuba! This is the first year that we are doing this STEAM fair. The STEAM fair provides an opportunity for teachers to collaborate to build a top notch educational project for the students. The students are very excited to be doing this STEAM project. It allows them to work on different subjects in an interconnected way. This way, students can apply their interests in certain subjects to learn more about other subjects. The science supplies will be for demonstrating ways to save the environment and conserve energy. The dresses will be for a dancer doing impressionistic dances based on the science of saving the planet. The Fedoras will be for the musicians as they perform Cuban music that they analyzed scientifically and mathematically for frequencies and rhythms. Certainly, the brochures, programs and coffee will bring an audience and help convince them of our cause.
