My Students
When I went to Kindergarten, I remember that we got to paint and play the majority of the day. These days, Kindergarten is a lot different. My students have a lot of expectations that they have to master throughout the school year.
My Kindergarten students love to learn.
They are excited to come to school and learn. We are a small school in Florida that work with students from a variety of backgrounds. My students love learning through hands-on activities that are engaging and fun! Our class is larger this year, so we need more Nooks.
My Project
My students are like little sponges. It amazes me how much information they have to learn each year. They are intrigued with any kind of technology. With a Nook-color, children will be excited to read. They will want to practice reading whenever they can. This, in turn, will increase their reading ability. With two more Nooks, more children can be engaged in Reading.
Having a Nook-color in my classroom, will allow us to have a fun way to read books.
The children will be enticed by the technology. They will build a strong foundation in Reading. We appreciate your donations so much!
