My Project
Incorporating the use of technology in my classroom has helped me reach all of my students on the spectrum. The iPad is a great tool that they find to be highly motivating.
There are hundreds of educational apps that give children with autism greater opportunities to improve their communication, motor and cognitive skills. iPads will help make one less challenge in their learning environment. Most of my students have issues with their gross and fine motor skills and require occupational therapy once a week.
My students with special needs would be SO excited to learn with iPads in the classroom!
