it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are naturally curious, energetic, and eager to explore the world around them. They light up when they’re given opportunities to experiment, ask questions, and make discoveries on their own. That’s why I’m requesting STEM science materials—to give them the hands-on tools they need to truly engage with science and build a deeper understanding of how things work.
These materials will turn our classroom into a space of innovation and exploration.
Instead of just reading about scientific concepts, my students will have the chance to actively engage with them, testing theories, building models, and solving real-world problems. This kind of experiential learning not only strengthens comprehension, but also builds critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity.
My goal is to create an environment where science feels accessible and exciting, where every student can see themselves as a problem solver, inventor, or future engineer. With these resources, my students will not only learn science, they’ll live it. They come to class full of potential, and I know with the right tools, they can achieve incredible things.
