My Students

I teach 2nd grade at a fabulous public school located in NC. My school is "home away from home" for students in grades PK-3. We are a Title 1 school and many of our students qualify for free lunch.

My 2nd grade students are eager, curious, and full of life!

They are the VERY reason I am here, to try to get help for my precious students. Every single day is a new adventure for sure, and I thoroughly love my job!

My Project

My students have loved every single Katie Woo book that we have so far and they have been begging for more! These early chapter books are perfect for my students to read and enjoy.

Watching my students get so enthralled into a book they just can't put it down is truly one of the most wonderful feelings for me!

Being able to provide books for my students is one of the best things I can do. These books will be a great addition to my classroom library.
