My Students

My students love to play! My students enjoy doing centers in our classroom. Magna-Tiles would be a great addition to our classroom to help my students stay engaged during our center time.

My students attend a public elementary school that houses Kindergarten through 5th grade.

My students are very curious about their world around them and love to learn through hands on materials. My students are very engaged during our center time. My students would benefit from fun and engaging centers that are also connected to our Common Core Curriculum Standards.

My Project

My students love learning during our center time. In our centers, I love to incorporate literacy, math, and science activities throughout our centers. This can be challenging to keep my students engaged throughout the entire year without lots of different, and unique materials. The translucent magnetic tiles will give my students a fun way to explore geometry concepts…as they build! The plastic tiles have magnets built right in, so they stick together from every side—as kids explore symmetry, area & perimeter, angles and more. These would be a very good addition to our center materials that would keep my kiddos engaged!

Engaging materials for my Kindergarten students are extremely important so that my students are interested in what they are learning about.
