This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The children need to see images of evergreen trees, deciduous trees, fruit trees, saplings and seedlings during our tree study to better understand the importance of trees on the planet and how they impact humans and animals. Additionally during our pet study I will use the ink to print a wide variety of animals and pet pictures. The children will learn about domesticated and wild animals as they observe images of wild animals in their natural habitat. They will hear facts about animals and learn about their habitats, with the support of the visual aids they will have the opportunity to see and better understand the information being presented. These visual aids will foster my student's understanding of the great importance trees and animals have in our world and the importance of protecting them.
