My students inspire me everyday! We create a strong community where students know that they are important, respected, and listened to. I strive to create an environment where students feel free to try without fear of failure, and where they find success daily. My students learn collaboratively and through hands-on explorations.

My Project
The COVID-19 pandemic has put an immeasurable strain on students, families, and teachers. This year, I am noticing that my students need more opportunities for fun hands-on review games to build their math and phonics skills. This project would help us get engaging academic games to play during centers while I teach small groups and read our new decodable books.
Students need to feel successful with engaging, accessible books and activities.
These materials will bring so much fun and engagement to my classroom! We are also running low on things like dry erase markers and personal student whiteboards. Students have been missing the personal connection of school with all the ups and downs of the pandemic, these games and books will enable opportunities for students to interact with their peers while also practicing important skills.
