it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My project will help us with having a clean and sanitized counter. When we cook we need to clean properly for the next class. The drying racks help to get rid of micro bacteria. They also keep the plates dry so no micro bacteria can live.
My students take pride in their cooking and cleaning skills.
In culinary arts, the students get to eat what they make. So we like to create dishes that help the students learn. Also, it keeps them thinking about what can go wrong so we can make it right.
