My Students
My students are creative and tech-savvy. We are producing a weekly video program that airs to the entire school as well as the community of Dartmouth, MA.
Our program highlights other programs within the school.
My students are eager to help provide positive messages to the student body.
My students film and interview various classes and programs that are positive for young people. My students are very motivated to produce quality programming. This is real world experience which will make them career ready.
My Project
Currently our control room audio mixer is over 14 years old and some features are no longer working. This new mixer will give us great new features like Bluetooth connectivity, USB audio, EQ, and much more.
This new mixer will help us to record our programming better and with better quality.
We hope to add music into the show with Bluetooth. The students can create playlists on their own devices and then use them for our recording. It will be a win win for my classroom.
Furthermore, the controls of this new mixer are easier to use and better suited for our control room area.
